Bring everyone down to 4Trees SoulCraft Studios for a tailored crafting session and you get to concentrate on just having fun. All equipment and refreshments provided All the hassle taken care of by us so you can enjoy quality time with the family. Cancellation Policy
Workshop, Party & Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that plans sometimes change, and we want to be as fair and flexible as possible. • Cancellations made 7 or more days before your booking will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit) or can be transferred to a future date. • Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund or may be rebooked at our discretion. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event (or non-attendance) are non-refundable, as materials and preparation will already be in place. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll be offered a full refund or alternative date. You’re welcome to transfer your booking to another person — just let us know their name and contact details in advance.
