These Terms & Conditions apply to the 4Trees SoulCraft Studios Fundraiser Raffles, created to support the growth of our cosy creative and wellbeing space in Bedford.

1. Promoter

2. Purpose of the Raffle Fundraiser

Funds raised will support the continued development of 4Trees SoulCraft Studios

4Trees SoulCraft Studios was created to be more than a shop. It’s a homely space where people can slow down, feel inspired, explore creativity, make connections, and find thoughtful gifts that truly mean something — a little hub of soul‑fuel.

Alongside our feel‑good products, we offer craft workshops and wellbeing sessions that build creative confidence, relaxation, and community.

We’re growing something special, and we’re ready to expand. We’re raising funds to:

• grow our range of beautiful, soul‑nourishing gifts and products
• expand our ready‑to‑go creative kits, hobby activities, and begin stocking craft supplies
• be able to offer more workshops for all ages, abilities, interests, and specific support needs

3. Raffle Prizes & Entry

• Prize 1 : A Gift box selection of Best selling treats from the shop. - worth £25
• Prize 2: A Gift Voucher for A relaxing 60 min Indian Head Massage- worth £35
• Prize 3: A kids Craft session or party for 4-6 people. Choose painting, clay, felting or sewing activities Perfect for a birthday party*- worth £90
• Prize 4: An adult Craft workshop for 6-8 people. Choose from painting, clay, felting or sewing. Perfect for a family/friends night out, can be tailored to theme or occasion- worth £170
• Craft workshops activities can be tailored to a theme or occasion. Minimum age 5 years.
• Tickets can be purchased for £2.50 each at www.4trees.co.uk as stated on the poster, a ticket number will be allocated to entrants for each ticket purchase.
• Multiple tickets can be purchased.

4. Refunds

• Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the Prize draw ended at the discretion of the Promoter.

5. Raffle Closing Date & Draw

• The raffle will ideally run for 2-3 Months and be drawn once a minimum of 500 tickets sold
• Should the minimum 500 ticket goal not be achieved by 6 months- the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Prize draw and any tickets purchased will be refunded.
• The draw will be filmed for social media for transparency.

6. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Staff, volunteers, or immediate family of 4Trees SoulCraft Studios may enter but cannot win.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via the contact method given at time of purchase.
• Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
• If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, it will be re‑drawn.

8. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Workshop or massage bookings must be arranged at mutually available times.
• Children’s sessions must be supervised by a responsible adult.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will only be used for administering the raffle and contacting winners.
• No data will be shared with third parties.

10. Cancellation or Amendments

• 4Trees SoulCraft Studios reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on our social media pages and website and refunds will be issued.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
